Submitter's message
Please consider this recent revision WD08 to the DE 2.0 schemas, with a selected set of examples. This version includes a couple of the key recommendations made by Don in his WD07 draft, including the removal of the DistributionReference; however, after some rethinking about the significance of emergency roles and areas as metadata, this version retains some of the WD06 components which maintain the ability to identify SenderRole/RecipientRole/Keywords, provides a method to specify union or intersection of target areas, and also restores the AreaKind valuelist to allow for this important metadata to drive business rules in emergency routing. We can discuss and consider this version at our upcoming meeting. Thanks.

Description
A revised version of the DE 2.0 schema that incorporates several recent
recommended changes, including removing the DistributionReference,
enforcing a choice for OtherContent of either a URI or inline content,
allowing links to be specified inside of content objects as well as after
the content objects, and fixes a few bugs; however, this recommended
version restores IncidentID (since ContentID is useful but not a functional
equivalent), provides a method for specifying union or intersection of
TargetAreas, allows a DescriptorListKind to specify
RecipientRole/SenderRole/Keywords, and restores the ability to specify
different kinds of areas as metadata to support business rules for advanced
distribution systems.
