ID: 10586 Title: Community Emergency Readiness Project RFP Number: 000000 Close Date: 12/15/2010 Budget: 578490.00 Description: The City of Los Angeles is seeking a Contractor to develop a messaging platform using the phrase, "Who Will You Help? Once It Happens . . . It's Too Late" to focus individuals, families, communities and businesses towards taking personal responsibility in emergency readiness. The message encourages residents to plan and prepare before a disaster strikes or an emergency occurs. Using the data captured by Phase I's Focus Group study, the message should be delivered through different media sources and should be delivered throughout the various communities in the Los Angeles / Long Beach Urban Area. This project will be managed by the City of Los Angeles Emergency Management Department (EMD).
