I am a PhD student with industry software Human Factors experience, currently working on a project for the Australian Federal Emergency Management Authority looking into new media and public emergency information. My primary interest is in CAP and it's use in Australia. I am in the process of contacting local stakeholders with the possible outcome of including CAP in emergency alert trials planned for Q2 2004.
