The Subcommittee discussed the question of compliance testing.  Rex 
suggested that it simply meant that all MUST items should be 
verifiable.  Eliot pointed out that the testing of a content standard 
like CAP is necessarily different from that of a service interface. 
Carl reported on some OGC experiences with third-party testing 
processes.  The group considered whether setting testing standards 
implied any ongoing certification role for OASIS.  Rex offered to 
frame that question in a query to Karl via Allen.

There was no substantial progress on the ICS-201 project in the last 
week.  The Subcommittee adjourned at 1:02 EST.
