Minutes of Oct 12 Meeting

The Notifications Subcommittee convened by teleconference at noon 
Eastern time.  In attendance were:

Tom Merkle
Rex Brooks
Carl Reed
Michelle Raymond
Gary Ham
Art Botterell

The Subcommittee reviewed and resolved a number of items 
(specifically, items 4, 6, 7 11, 12, 20, 21 and 22) from the pending 
Issues List for CAP.  The resolutions reached are itemized in an 
updated Issues List, dated 10/12/04 and posted separately.

Individual Subcommittee members volunteered (more or less) to 
research and report back to the Subcommittee with recommendations on 
the following items from the CAP Issues List:

Rex:	1
Michelle:	2
Gary:	5, 15
Tom:	10, 13, 22
Carl:	14
Art:	3, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 19

The Subcommitee adjourned at approximately 12:45.
