Next EM-Msg SC Meeting Schedule, CAP 1.1 Comments Review,Dispositions Due As Soon As Feasible after End of Next Meeting,

Colleagues:

Mary McRae joined us for the TC meeting to explain several points in 
the revised TC process, including the procedure for conducting a 
Committee Specification Ballot, which is now organized and conducted 
by the TC Administrator for the TC in question. In our case, that is 
Mary.

For the purpose of advancing CAP 1.1, we were asked to finish our 
review of the comments as collected during the recent public comment 
period so that we can report the CAP 1.1 specification out of our 
committee to Elysa and thence to Mary so that a 7-day web ballot can 
be conducted to establish it as a Committee Specification and move it 
forward through the OASIS process toward an approval vote.

What this means is that if Art, whose action items the issues list 
and dispositions have been, is traveling Tuesday, we need to 
reschedule the next meeting, so if Art can advise us, I'm sure we 
would be happy to reschedule as needed.

I believe that we are very close, so it should not be a major effort 
to conclude this work and move CAP 1.1 on to the next stages of the 
TC Process.
