I'll take an ACTION Item to create the classes contained in the ERM. 
I'll have to copy and paste, and I won't take time now to fill in any 
attributes or operations. I just want to get the elements of the ERM 
entered in the version that will identified by the trailing 
identifier: 03-rb which I will upload when I finish. That will be 
sufficient to get the first pass at the Relationship Matrix started 
for the Requirements we have now.

We can have the discussion about Functional v. Non-Functional 
Requirements in relation to Enterprise Architect a little later, or 
as we go along, taking Requirements from the Functional category to 
the Non-Functional if that's what we decide to do. It might be better 
to get through the first pass so we can make some initial decisions 
about how to proceed. We should be able to make much progress next 
week.
