Folks,
There will be NO meeting Tuesday Sept. 29 due to the OASIS Emergency
Interoperability Summit in Baltimore.
The NEXT meeting will convene Tuesday Oct. 6 at 11:00 AM EST. Please be
prepared with the ICS forms document
(2008-0703-NIMS_ICS-Forms_StakeholderReviewDraft__MAIN.pdf) starting with
the Initial Incident Assessment Report, and the draft ERM.
Next step is to further review reporting requirements (ICS etc.) to
determine sequence of these reports in the incident process, what decisions
they support, and what info is required to support each decision in order
to drive out the constraint schemas first, and then boil them up / validate
an overall reference model.  Then move on to the issues list and spec
development.
