Subject: Groups - FEMA ICS Forms (new) Public Comment Dec 2009 (FEMA-2009-0013-0002[1]NEW-PublicCommentDec09.pdf) uploaded

To those working the EDXL-SitRep standard:

This document is the result of FEMA processes to revise existing ICS forms.
This version is in "public comment" in December 2009 - Jan. 15 2010.
Which forms and what revisions have taken place are not indicated and are
unknown. Note that several comments have been posted so this is obviously
not the final, and things do change over time. Often the comments focus
simply on form format and sometimes names of fields. Content has changed
little in the past (perhaps ask Rich Van Dame).

Consider whether this sub-committee should step back, review and provide
comment? My recommendation is NOT to do this since comments are solicited
primarily from practitioners. Recommend using this version as input into
the process, but focus on key information needs that tend to be stable.
Perform a compare of this vs. our current version for the sub-set of forms
addressed for EDXL-SitReps.
