All,
Please review these mtg minutes, but here is the delegation of tasks that
we agreed to. Next call we will assign time-frames after we each get the
chance to assess our tasks.
Don - we assigned one to you in your absence; please let us know whether
you can take this on:
a.	Get ERM into EA  Rex.  Agreed that the ERM in its current form is
acceptable.
b.	Write and revise the data dictionary - Tim
c.	Map the SitRep design to 4 required ICS forms  Rob
i.	Create xlts for each ICS form - TBD
d.	Develop XML schema - Don with review / support from Rob
e.	Develop XML schema example - TBD
f.	Begin development of the committee spec draft front matter and text
