URL to use for EDXL-SitRep PR Issues--We've started work

Hi Everyone,

Tim and I were the only ones online today, but we decided to start adjudcation instead of
going to a another short public review. So we did get some work done and learned a
 that we need everyone to have the same PR materials as the Public Review.

The url for the complete set of files:

It opens into its own folder when you unzip it.

We asked that reviews use the line numbers from the pdf.

The notification messages that I forwarded this morning and those I will forward for work done today
have a url for the issue in the JIRA system.

So we open the email with a specific issue number from the subject line and then click the url in that message for the issue in JIRA
and then work through the issue. Most issues have line numbers from the pr pdf. Only a few don't.
