Hi Werner, Gary, William,
You three are the only ones yet to vote on advancing EDXL-SitReo-v1.0-wd19 to a vote by the TC next week as a new Committee Specification and for its preparation and submission for OASIS Standard Approval. Please vote so we can send this to the TC. We currently have 5 (five) yes and 0 (zero) no votes and we would like all of our voting members to vote.
Thanks,
Rex
Since only Tim and I were present at our scheduled meeting today, we decided to conduct this vote via email. I cancelled the meeting so as not to lose any current voting members and added Brian Wilkins as a voting member.
I have attached the new working draft with Changes Marked to make it easy to see where the change occurs--Section 2 third bullet removed extra "Types" and made the acronym for CBRNE identical in "IncidentType" and "Glossary". Otherwise only the working draft number and dates in title page and footers were changed.
While it is being sent to the SC list, only the voting members may gvote. They are:
William Bowen
Rex Brooks
Tim Grapes
Werner Joerg
Gary Ham
Elysa Jones
Don McGarry
Brian Wilkins
If voting members named could reply to the list and me with your vote noted after your name above, that should suffice.
It this passes the vote, we will submit it to the TC next Tuesday to be advanced for OASIS Standard Approval.
We will need 3 (three) Statements of Use (one of which needs to come from an OASIS member company, as well as the Special Majority Vote of the TC along with the documentation and docucments listed in https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#OASISstandard we can proceed ahead to getting SitRep established as a Standard.
Cheers,
Rex
