        This is the latest zip of SitRep, including the schemas, supporting schemas and examples. This version fixed a couple typos in the imports and made a few other cleanup fixes to ensure everything validates in Oxygen, XMLSpy and (with the use of the test Proxy files) in Notepad++.

Description
This version update: A couple typo fixes in import statements, optional
test proxy files created (to show how to enable the examples to validate in
those XMLParsers that need this), and a couple missing schema added
(xml.xsd and xlink.xsd) to ensure the SitRep examples, schema, and
supporting schema all validate (i.e.unzipped and without importing from the
web). The previous version: This is a largely cosmetic clean-up of the
SitRep zip package needed to ensure that all the schemas and examples
validate out-of-the-box. Changes to fix validation errors included: (1) the
capitalization of the element names was modified to comply with EMTC Naming
Rules; (2) the "extension" element was modified to be a ref; (3) the import
statements were fixed; (4) noncompliant examples were removed and two new
examples were created, one using DE 1 and one using DE 2. All needed
supporting schema have been included. Everything should validate.
