Subject: Re: [emergency-rim] Groups - EDXL-Welcome-to-the-RIM-WhitePaper-17Sep09-r1 (EDXL-Welcome-to-the-RIM-WhitePaper-17Sep09-r1.doc) uploaded

Hi all,

Just some notes about white papers.

Note that the notices section says this was approved as a Committee
Draft by the TC. That is not yet the case. It should say that it was
prepared by the subcommittee and submitted to the TC for approval
(i.e. Working Draft). Once the TC approves it, the date on the cover
should reflect the date of approval and the notices section should be
updated. The running footer date should be the date of approval.

Standards are like parachutes: they work best when they're open.
