Hi Lew,

It's worth a try, though if another group is using it, we should simply 
hang up and not interrupt them. I would rather not set up a toll 
conference line, since I recall all too well how it impacted me way back 
when. The individual at FEMA with whom Elysa and Werner worked on this 
has been laid off, so it is a bit more of a problem than previously. 
Hopefully, this situation will work itself out soon, but for now, we'll 
have to cope with it.
