Rex,
I will work to assemble relevant materials for this area from OGC and
related sources. By the way, I will be attending the OGC's Technical
Committee meeting the week of 19-23 Mar where many of the key
contributors for these efforts in the past and on-going (CityGML in
particular) will be meeting face-to-face to conduct the business of
their specification and domain working groups. I will try to get a
refresh on work in progress and future of plans for new or enhanced
standards, etc.

Personally, I have worked on this with several groups, specifically 
attempting to put together a standards effort to develop an Open Floor 
Plan Display/Exchange (OFPD/X) which has limped along till now, so I am 
aware of these resources. However, I think that if you could think about

taking on this area with an eye toward compiling the most important or 
significant available material, I will certainly include it in the 
ValueList Ontologies I'm compiling. I will be buried in RM for some time

to come, then I'll be takingon the FEMA Resource Typing material, so if 
you could take on this domain, particularly CityGML, it would be really 
great. I actually came into Human-based standards from the old VRML 
Consortium, now the X3D Consortium, so I'm familiar with cartesian 
coordinate 3D systems.
