Rex - I am not certain that I can make it but here is the feedback I have:


I ran my validation tests and things look good. I have one comment/concern though relating to some general housekeeping.

There is a block of import elements that are commented out and the top block has a 2013 copyright. The OASIS TAG (TAB?) has commented on such cleanup in the past. I suggest removing the commented out import elements and updating the top comment block.
