Hi Folks,

Sorry to have missed yesterday's call, but I had water line construction going on my street, right outside my unit for the last two days. Unfortunately, while receivers have no trouble hearing me, I have a lot of trouble hearing them and it became impossible at just about 11:00 a.m. yesterday morning, just at the time that the meeting is held. It's still there, but moving on down the steet now. I will be able to attend next week and would have voted aye anyway, so I figured that that it was probably better that I miss it rather than asking people to repeat themselves for my benefit.
