I'm not sure this example fully reflects the intent of 
<resourceDesc>.  As we've discussed earlier, <resourceDesc> was 
intended to be roughly equivalent to an"alt=" attribute in an HTML 
<img> tag... in that it would be a useful description for the benefit 
of folks who can't see an image for personal or technological 
reasons.  Just restating the MIME type doesn't really achieve that, 
does it?
