get out the vote

Emergency TC members:

As of this morning we're almost halfway through the voting period and 
the CAP spec has only half the votes necessary to become an OASIS Standard.

I note that of the 25 companies represented on the TC's roster, either 
as member or observer, only *4* have voted. The 21 remaining companies 
represent nearly enough votes to approve the spec.

Please contact your company's voting rep and recommend to them how they 
should vote on this ballot.
