Meeting Minutes: 2004.05.04

1. CAP Outreach: Rex was unable to join the call today, so the only 
update was in regards to the OASIS Press Release that is slated to go 
out tomorrow morning. Also, please provide feedback/content to Rex in 
regards to the Implementer's Guide.

2. CAP Errata Issues: Art brought up that some issues appear to not be 
included on the current spreadsheet (e.g., if category should be 
manditory, changing/adding "observe" value, etc.), so Allen is going to 
go back through and try to update the list. If anyone else sees 
anything missing, please let me know.

Went through the current 12 items that we have logged to see if they 
were potential candidates for errata. As a reminder, these issues were 
not discussed - just took a quick pass to see if they even made sense 
to be addressed in errata. Out of the 12, the following ones were 
identified as potential errata: 1, 2, 5, 8, and 9.

Bob, since each one of these were yours, please provide some proposed 
language for the group to start smacking around. I will try to get the 
list updated and sent out in the meantime, and the rest of group needs 
to review the errata candidates/proposals and start discussing.
