Subject: Country/Primary/Secondary Division
The 17 May EDXL Draft still uses the older Country, Subdivision, Location element structure. Whereas we now have the newer Country, Primary Division, Secondary Division structure. Country uses ISO3166-2 designator codes. Q1: What formal codes does Primary Division and Secondary Division use? Q2: Do the three elements form a hierarchy? That is, if I have a Secondary Division, then I must have a Primary Division, and then must have a Country ? Cheers...
