Dear TC Members,

Sorry I haven't put out the meeting notes from 7/26 - I'll try to get to it 
in the next day or so.  I am considering calling another full TC meeting 
for Aug 5 at 11am EDT.  The two primary agenda topics are 1)  Final 
comments on EDXL in preparation for a vote during the normally scheduled 
meeting Aug 9 and 2) Presentation by Lee and Tim on the upcoming Resource 
Standard Requirements.  Please let me know if this time will work for you 
and if not, let me know if there is a time on this date that you could be 
available.

PS - of course we also need a quorum for the 8/9 meeting.  You will be 
getting a ballot request to take the CAP 1.1 forward from the Committee 
Draft to a Committee Specification.  Once we get a majority vote, CAP 1.1 
will go before the full OASIS for a vote.
