Julia, can you please incorporate these comments into the meeting notes for 
our review/approval on the next call?  Tim, could you please draft the memo 
to Jon Skeels and Company?  Otherwise, with what is on my plate, it may be 
a while before it goes out.  Thanks!  Elysa
