The NWCG has reviewed the EDXL Distribution Element during this public comment period. The purpose of the meeting was to address NWCG comments and questions, and to facilitate submission of their formal comments back to OASIS. The following formal comments regarding the EDXL Distribution Element are submitted on behalf of the NWCG. "The EDXL Distribution Element must contain explicit (optional) elements identifying a declared incident. At a minumum the following elements must be added.
