Subject: Groups - Emergency Data Exchange Language (EDXL) Distribution Element, v. 1.0 (EDXL_DE_Spec_v1[1].0(010).doc) uploaded

The following changes were made in the spec and the schema:
The <valueListURN> and corresponding <value> elements have had their
occurrence's switched around. The former should be once and the latter
multiple.
<explicitAddress> uses the terms <explicitAddressScheme> and
<explicitAddressValue>, but the schema used the terms <scheme> and <value>.
The schema was modified to match the specification.
The <contentObject> any element was changed to other.
o The comment This element may be used for signatures. It may also be
used for experimental extensions; however, such extensions may not be
supported by all users or in future versions of EDXL. Was changed to This
element may be used for signatures. If this element is used for
experimental extensions, such extensions may not be supported by all users
or in future versions of EDXL-DE. To discourage rather than encourage
experimental extensions.
o The following comment was added: Element names cannot duplicate
other element names in the contentObject. Such duplication would prevent
validation due to the ambiguity introduced.
