IF-SC and EM-TC Calls Today

1. RAND - requires all Obligated Parties to license their Essential Claims using the RAND licensing elements described in Section 10.1.
2. RF on RAND Terms - requires all Obligated Parties to license their Essential Claims using the RF licensing elements described in Sections 10.2.1 and 10.2.2.
3. RF on Limited Terms - requires all Obligated Parties to license their Essential Claims using the RF licensing elements described in Sections 10.2.1 and 10.2.3.

Member Section

The EIC is currently considering sponsoring an EM Member Section. 
This member section could then accept sponsorship from not only the EIC
but also such clients as DHS/DM or other entities interested in
supporting the work of our organization financially.  This would
also allow the OASIS staff to support the EIC with respect to PR, web
services, etc.  The DM program could then financially support the
development of demonstrations of use of our standards, for example
through this member section.  Additionally, any OASIS member who
chooses can have 40% of their OASIS dues be directed to this member
section.  The TC would be represented on the steering committee and
would have a say in the direction of these finances.  Other TCs can
be associated with this member section as well.
