Subject: RE: [emergency] Public Review of EDXL-HAVE v1.0

Hi,

I looked quickly at the schema. It imports the gml namespace
(http://www.opengis.net/gml) but does not import anything else. Does
this happen in geo-oasis.xsd?

I also noticed that the schema declares a target namespace of
targetNamespace="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema";

I assume this is a mistake and should declare the namespace of the
elements, attributes etc. being defined in this schema.

Cheers

Rpm
