Hi - Sorry that the GIS SC has not worked this issue. I was at the NCOIC conference this week in San Diego, will be at Internet II next week, and the OGC meetings (back in San Diego) the following week. After that, I am around for a while. On a related topic, I have been working the OASIS GML Profile in coordination with some related work being done by ImageMatters for NIEM. We should have a harmonized GML schema amenable to both communities.
