Groups - A proposed GML OASIS Profile (An OASIS GML Profile for use in OASIS Standards.doc) uploaded

This is a draft. We will need to make a decision about appropriate
namespaces and schema locations. Also, the Application Schema needs help. I
am no XML schema geek, so there are mistakes in the schema. The Profile,
however, should be accurate and does validate.
