Groups - EDXL-RM TC vote for 60-day public comment added

The purpose of this call is to discuss the EDXL-RM specification, and
determine TC vote for entry of the specification into the 60-day public
comment phase.
The specification will be uploaded to Kavi COB 02/14/07.  While it is
desirable to request a TC vote at this meeting, the TC will discuss and
decide this due to limited time for review of the spec.
