Subject: [emergency] RE: Geo-GIS Conference call on Friday

Thanks for scheduling this meeting, Carl,

It also helps to have a reminder, so I will try to send one out Friday morning.

I'm adding some slightly rephrased agenda/discussion topics from Carl:

We might want to think and discuss a bit about getting rolling on
requirements for getting the OASIS GML application schema moving
forward.

Carl has some excellent GML resources lined up from the OGC side.
So, we need requirements for such a schema for use by EDXL-DE,
EDXL-RM, CAP (internally known requirements!), EDXL-HAVE, Cursor on
Target (CoT), Asset Tracking, Situatin Reporting and Sensors (yes,
sensors).

GML supports a variety of elements for dealing with such properties
as time, time slices, and observations. This opens up a number of
interesting possibilities.

Cheers,
Rex
