EM-TC Submission of CAP 1.2 for Public Review

Dear Mary,

The EM-TC is pleased to announce that we are ready to submit the 
Common Alerting Protocol 1.2 to OASIS for a 60-day public review period.

The 4/28/09 meeting notes where the working draft was voted to a 
Committee Draft and also voted to be advanced to a 60-day public 
review can be found at
