That's right Mary, The last four minor changes are included in the CD03 version, which I uploaded immediately after the TC meeting, because I had a regularly scheduled Messages and Notifications SC meeting immediately after the TC meeting working on EDXL-Situation Reporting (which uses Enterprise Architect). It literally slipped my mind (actually I'm not sure it ever even entered my mind) to make those last four changes in the Marked Changes version until just now. I'm doing both a cd03-rb from the doc.oasis-open.org/emergency/... file AND a cd03-rb-MarkedChanges version (so as to include footers as well dates). I think it would be more confusing to update the pr02-MarkedChanges version at this point.
