Yes indeed, Carl,

Thanks. This reminds me that we need to ensure that we get international 
input on requirements for EDXL-DE 1.1. As I noted in our meeting today, 
the NCOIC Patterns under development across the spectrum, all have 
geographical and geopolitical components that need to be taken into account.
