CAP 1.2 Public Review Request

Dear Mary,

I am pleased to inform you that the EM-TC voted 9/29/09 to advance 
the work on the CAP 1.2 to a Committee Draft and further voted to 
provide this Draft to OASIS for 15-Day public review.  The notes from 
that meeting can be found in section 7a at

All files required for the submission are included in the zip file at

This includes an editable version, pdf, html, a copy of the document 
with marked changes, the issue list, asn and xml schemas as well as a 
series of examples.

If there is anything more you need to get this ballot started, please
