RE: CAP 1.2 review

TC members, now that the CAP 1.2 public review has begun, please be sure to forward the announcement to anyone who might be interested in submitting comments.  Please remind them that comments should be submitted using the TC's comment facility and only the changes put forth are in scope for this review.

> The public review starts today, 24 March 2010, and ends 8 April 2010. 

With the review ending April 8, and then a required 7 day waiting period before we can run a CS vote, there will be no way to submit by April 15 for May OASIS wide Standard voting as had been hoped.  So an earliest possible timeline could be an OASIS wide vote in June with standardization July 1, if nothing else comes up...  Anyone with a schedule dependancy on CAP 1.2 will need to be apprised of this.
