Some of you might be following this thread, but if not – I wanted you to know it is out there.  Over the years there has been a claim or two about CAP infringing on some early patent/s.  The following dialogue captures current discussion on the matter including OASIS Legal advice via Jamie Clark.

How can they patent something we have been doing via other vendors for years?
