Subject: Version Control Commit by darrell.odonnell
Author: darrell.odonnell Date: 2014-04-13 13:46:57 +0000 (Sun, 13 Apr 2014) New Revision: 21 Web View: https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/emergency/?rev=21&sc=1 Modified: HAVE/edxl-have-v2.0-wd.xsd Log: CHANGES - April 13, 2014: * OffloadType: CHANGED attributes to elements * EmergencyDepartmentType/traffic/status - CHANGED type to a simple xs:token. The value there had an ext:ParameterValueType, which wasn?\226?\128?\153t applicable. Used same ENUM as HAVE 1.0. NOTE: ADDED ?\226?\128?\156other?\226?\128?\157 to enum with expectation that there may be other states * EmergencyDepartmentType/traffic/reason - REMOVED (comment can be used and is more consistent with the remainder of HAVE 2.0. * TriageCountType - CHANGED code & count to elements. ADDED TriageCodeListURN from HAVE 1.0 * CHANGED traumaCenterType to TraumaCenterType for consistency * TraumaCenterType - CHANGED to differentiate Adult from Pediatric Trauma Center information as the levels may be different. * TraumaCenterType/serviceLevel - changed to support level1/level2/level3/other - best visible standard is the American College of Surgeons which provides distinct criteria for Levels 1 through 3 (I through III) but nothing less capable. Levels below 3 appear to be non-trauma centres. I have reached out to several colleagues to confirm or get another standard. * CapacityType - substantial CHANGE (was just a URI/value pair) to be a capacity (ext:ParameterValueType) and a capacityURI (edxt-ct:ValueListURIType) * OperationType - CHANGED kind to be xs:token (from edxl-ct:ValueKeyType) and limited it to ENUM of: plant, security, staffing, and emergency. TO DISCUSS: * ADVICE/DECISION - the TriageCountType colour-code concept from HAVE 1.0 ?\226?\128?\156allowed?\226?\128?\157 for different TriageCodeListURN value that would, in theory, allow for different code values. However, the TriageCountType/code element has an ENUM that will preclude this. Discussion needed at EM HAVE SC. * TraumaCenterType - The levels are relatively ?\226?\128?\156normal?\226?\128?\157 but some systems go as far as 1 - 5 * CapacityType - was just a pair of elements by reference (edxl-ct:ValueListURIType and edxl-ct:Value) but new structure needs discussion. * OperationType/kind - discuss ENUM * ServiceType/futureServiceStates - we had discussed re-factoring this to make it more consistent with the higher-level ServiceType. Needs discussion though for approach.
