The time for this meeting has been moved up one hour to correspond to the closure of the CAP Jump Start training.  This will be the day before the full 2-day CAP workshop in Rome.  Those present are welcomed to join the call as observers.  We will also have several of our members present.  

There will be a CAP SC meeting before then and perhaps something to be considered by the full TC.  An updated agenda will be posted as it becomes final.  You are welcomed post any topic you would like to see on the agenda.
