        FEMA's Mark Lucero presented these slides at the Dec EIC meeting.  He summarizes the FCC Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding the Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA).  He includes the way comments must be submitted.  These comments are due by January 13.  Comments to any comments submitted can be made through February 12.
