Here's the agenda for our 29 October meeting. We're missing only the URI
for the 22 October minutes which will be uploaded tonight - I'll update
when that URI is available (and you'll see the notice of upload before
that).

This week's meeting will focus entirely on characteristics of energy. Our
goal is to work toward a sufficient set of characteristics; we'll discuss
extensibility mechanisms very briefly as well.

Thanks to David and Ali for uploading strawman slides for our discussion.
