Groups - EMIX TC Regular Meeting modified

Here's the agenda for the Thursday, 12 November meeting.

Please note that there is no formal TC meeting the following week, and that
we'll discuss meeting schedule at this meeting. One possibility is to
change the meeting day to Wednesday after the Energy Interoperation TC
meeting--please think about this in advance of the meeting.

We will likely do an elecronic ballot to accommodate members who can't be
at this week's meeting.

Our primary focus for this week is location. Carl Reed, one of our members
and Executive Director of the Open Geospatial Consortium, will talk about
location, available tools, and how other groups including Emergency
Management have addressed location communication.

I'm looking forward to an interesting discussion moving forward from last
meeting.
