From Toby on 1/28 on Standards for Natural Gas metering: http://www.edigas.org/edigas/ You have to download the V4R3 release and dig through, but upon doing that you'll see that the Introduction, General Guidelines and Message Process Flow sections (each individual pdfs) have Use Case and Sequence information, Purchase through settlement process flow, Unit values, Code Lists, and data rules that seem like they would be helpful to us. 3. You'll find their web site ( http://www.etnna.org/publications.html ) also has a more updated document ('Intersection between Carbon, RECs, and Tracking') containing sections on 'accounting for emission characteristics of system mix', and 'treatment of environmental commodities'.
