Subject: Block Power

So: Block Power, a phrase probably caused innocently (ignorantly?) by me makes only two appearances in the specification, and never in the schema (although the phrase “building blocks” appears once in an annotation). Both appearances in the specification are in WD13 5.1.1

Power Products are the subject of contracts and transactions, i.e., they are what is actually bought and sold.  Depending upon the market, Power can be bought in blocks, or made available for use up to the maximum amount deliverable by the in-place infrastructure (also known as “Full-requirements Power”) Typically, Block Power is often used in wholesale markets and Full Requirements Power is often used in residential markets, but with installation of more residential interval metering.

Would anyone like to propose a specific re-wording of that paragraph?
