Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (EMIX-121) 459 The IntrinsicElements

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/EMIX-121?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=23188#action_23188 ]

Edward Cazalet  commented on EMIX-121:
--------------------------------------

You are pointing out that ISO/RTO nodal prices are the sum of 3 prices, ( energy, congestion and marginal loss).

Our present design modesl only the total as intrinsic and the 3 prices that sum to the total as extrinsic. The Extrinsic element "Support of PRice " would hold that information.

Separatly. a party scheduling power into one node and deliverin to another will have to pay for another Product called Transport. In the case of Transport on an ISO RTO transmission grid the Party will pay congestion and marginal fees and access fees.

> Line 459 The Intrinsic Elements;
> Where would loss and congestion components of energy price get represented. It should be intrinsic but doesn't fit here or in extrinsic.
