DA Market receives bids (tenders) for a sequence of 23,24, or 25 hourly intervals. A RT Market receives bids(tenders) for a the same hourly intervals, one at a time. The transactions in the DA market are binding and the RT market transactions are additive to the DA market transactions. An example should be able to make this clear.
