Recommend adding to the "Note" field for Spin Reserve Ramp: Maximum rate that spinning reserve can be applied.
This becomes a reflection of the "Drop Ramp Rate"

Recommend changing the "Note" field for Raise Ramp Rate to: Regulation up response rate in power units / minute. This change will make three items more congruent: Lower Ramp Rate, Raise Ramp Rate and Spin Reserve Ramp.
