Table 9-1:

the underlying schemas have changed dramatically; the table lists the substitution group members (in pat), and some characteristics.

It would be more effective for the editor to rewrite completely.

Grouping of items would make these  tables more useful.

Table 9-2 and rest of chapter

Likewise - this entire chapter needs significant rework. I'm not sure how to write the concrete changes.

Treatment of energy units has changed dramatically.

The editor should rewrite this table through 9-5 completely.

Table 9-6: 

Consistent with line144 of power-products.xsd.

Table 9-7:

This is a list of strings. It should be consistent with line 285 of power-products.xsd. It is not.

Line two should start "Full Requirements ..."

CongestionRevenueRights

HourlyDayAheadEx-AnteRealTimePrice is in the schema; there are two separate lines in the table. These need to be consistent. See EMIX-361.
