Add a sentence before that relates and points to constraints section at line 433ff

Table 10-3:

Should refer to "Generic Power Response Resource"

Table 10-4:

Seems OK.

Table 10-5:

Should the OfferCurve requirement be mentinoed here? the text on 691 talks about "Load Curves" - which I hope will be in the glossary.

The list for offer segments on lines 308-313 of resource.xsd includes price, quantity, powerItem, and integralOnly.  

Remove MaximumPower and Units (vestiges of older models).

Include Power Item and Quantity in addition to Price and Integral Only.

Table 10-6:

Line 694 Replace sentence with "Different elements are required to describe voltage regulation resources."

Should PMax be included? (line 356, resource.xsd) Or should it not be in the schema?

voltVar (along with the others) should be identified as the maximum reactive power for the resource.
